Par71 – Marco Simone Golfclub Rom

Don’t be put off by the outside…..it’s a beautiful apartment overlooking the golf course. Positive: The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished in a modern comfortable style. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to any request. The view of the golf course is lovely too. Negative: The surrounding complex is a little run down and the apartment below was doing some renovations so there was a bit of noise early morning but didn’t affect our sleep. If you have lots of luggage beaware there is a bit of walk from the car park.

Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and suitable for our family. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the internet connection during our stay. The host really did everything she could to solve the problem for us. She contacted the provider several times and kept trying until we finally had a connection again. She is truly very persistent and incredibly helpful!

Fantastsich Positive: Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige appartement. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en alles was schoon, netjes en goed onderhouden. Aan werkelijk alles was gedacht, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. Het absolute hoogtepunt was het schitterende uitzicht. Elke dag konden we genieten van een prachtig uitzicht, wat ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakte. De rustige omgeving en de comfortabele inrichting zorgden voor een ontspannen vakantie. Wij kunnen dit appartement van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabele en sfeervolle accommodatie. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Positive: Völlig ruhige Lage am Golfplatz, eine moderne, neue und Top ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei super Badezimmer, 1 im EG und 1 im OG! Negative: Die Anreise zum richtigen Parkplatz im ziemlich abgewirtschafteten Golfresort ist gelinde gesagt eine Katastrophe! Vier Einfahrtstore, davon sind 3 ab 20.00 immer verdperrt. Die Zufahrt nur von einer Seite aus möglich! Das lotsen der sehr netten Vermieterin über Telefon und kleinstbildschirm Video ist gut gemeint, aber nach 10Std Autofahrt echt Grenzwertig! Nicht das kleinste Schildchen zu Par 71 Wohnung. Erst vor der Wohnungstür mit Code ist dann alles gut. Die beiden Betten könnten deutlich komfortabler sein und die beiden Schlafzimmer fallen zum Rest der Wohnung ab, aber ging so
