Negative: The name of the property and the supporting photographs clearly imply that it is part of the Marco Simone Golf Club. It is not. It is a neighbouring estate which happens to overlook the golf course.

Perfetto. Positive: Appartamento completo di tutto il necessario e anche oltre... Tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Negative: Siamo arrivati con il buoi ed è' stato un pò difficoltoso trovare la palazzina dove è situato l'appartamento

Super apartment in a lovely area. Highly recommend. Positive: This is a super apartment overlooking the golf course. It was very clean, tidy and better than the photo's. Wifi good, parking safe in gated community and near local shops and restaurants. It is an easy 10 min drive to the nearest metro into Rome and takes about 15mins to drive into Tivoli. Highly recommend, we will return. Negative: Nothing to dislike.
